The Rebbe writes to Mr Glazer thanking him for his participation in the opening of the Central Lubavitcher Yeshivah, thanking him as a dear close friend for his support in helping with settling debt and future help for the many Moisdos.

Further asking Mr Glazer to help in a Gemilas Chesed of two people from Poland who have suffered tremendously and now needs "Affidavits" – Please help them fill them out so they can receive VISA’s to come to the United States.
And closes the letter with Blessing of – B’Gashmiut U’Bruchniut – Materialy and spiritually.

It should be noted that 1946 was the time many Lubavitch Chassidim managed to escape Russia via Poland in what is referred to as "Habricha Hagdolah" The Great Escape and surely the Rebbe’s letter refers to it.
