Orach Chaim and Yoreh De’ah: 

Rabbi Shmuel of Medina, known by the nickname Maharshdam  [1506-1589] was one of great Sages of Saloniki, Greece. He was the head of the Beth Din and renown Arbiter, who was sent queries from different lands, and served also as the Rosh Yeshivah. His Sefer of Responsa is one of the most important Seforim of Responsa.

On page 126 a signed marginal notation by the Gaon Rabbi Yitzchok Ardit of Izmir.

Rabbi Yitzchok Ardit (1759-1812), was one of the greatest Talmidei Chachomim in Izmir. He was close to the CHIDA who quotes him in his seforim. Author of sefer Yekar HaErech on Maseches Erechin (Salonika 1823).

Lacking copy: 21, 164 pages out of 16, 21, 168 pages.

Overall in good condition, text block in several parts, age stains, light marginal worming to a few pages, old detached binding.
