This is the signature of Rabbi David Mashash (born 1834), a sage from Meknes, Morocco, was a preacher and Torah scholar who served on the rabbinical court with Rabbi Chaviv Toledano. His brother, Rabbi Shalom Mashash, was the grandfather of Rabbi Shalom Mashash, Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem.
Rabbi Rafael David Birdugo was also a dayan in Meknes.

the Holy Gaon Rabbi Yehoshua Badrashi served as a rabbi in Salonika during the third quarter of the 18th century. His sermons were published as Arugat HaBosem alongside his father’s Arei Besamim (Salonika, 1793). Rabbi Yehoshua was venerated as a saint, and legends tell of miracles surrounding his burial.
