Top Center dedication engraved in Hebrew "This plate was dedicated by Zusia Ari son of R' Shraga Tzvi Goldshmidt to the Synagogue and Talmud Torah 'Bnei Israel' on the 21st day of Tevet in 1939."
Lower dedication Etched in Spanish " Donated by L. Goldsmith on the 12th of January 1939, Buenos Aires."
Centered in the star of David engraved in Hebrew are the words "Lkidusah Ulehavdalah" meaning for 'Kiddush and Havdalah'
