Ink on parchment. Ashkenazi Ksav Beis Yosef. The layout of the text was designed by the scribe and does not follow a Tikkun Sofrim. Membranes sewn in the manner common until the beginning of the 19th century. 42 lines per column. Text is written very clean and concise with clear pronounced lettering with tagim. Includes a red and gold mantle.
It is very possible this is a Kosher Torah scroll .
