The author, Rabbi Moshe Leib Zilberberg, one of the great rabbis of Poland, born in Luntschitz in 1794, served as rabbi of several congregations and finally of Kutno. In 1857, he left the rabbinate and immigrated to Jerusalem. He was one of the great rabbis of Jerusalem and one of the chairmen of the Etz Chaim Yeshiva, passed away in 1865. He is known as the Zayit Ra’anan, after this Sefer.

First 8 pages with damage to margins, water stains, 2 pages repaired with tape,   original binding detached & lacking spine, first few pages detached.
