Early Megillah (Esther Scroll) on vellum with introduction prayers at the beginning. 19 written lines per column plainly scribed (no identifying script detected). Attached to an early carved wooden roller with an elongated spool shaped handle and a tri-tiered pagoda styled upper handle.
Good condition. first half of intro prayers are missing, lettering a bit faded, some marginal tears, wooden roller has a few chips and a small crack.
