A beautifully painted bisque large figurine (notice the muted tones of the clothing), apparently taken from a known image of the very early 20th century, that of a Jewish child already involved in "business". A very old label stating "The Jewish Traders" is applied to the base, which might indicate the origin of this figurine; England.
We are unaware of other examples of this piece, it is a remarkable rarity.
