On the reverse side of the title page, there is a nice dedication by the author in golden letters, with an engraving of the Tomb of Rachel.



Rabbi Raphael Ochana (1850-1902), a well-known rabbi in Tiberias. In 1881, he travelled to Bukhara on behalf of the Kollelim of Tiberias. He wrote many books, among them "Shir Chadash", "Yeshuv Ma’arvi", Mar’e Ha’Yeladim" and more.
