First edition of responsa from a prominent Safed sage of the city’s golden era, the era of the "Beit Yosef." The friends Rabbi di Trani and Rabbi Yosef Karo both received rabbinic ordination from Rabbi Yaakov Berav. The Sefer opens with introductions by the author’s sons, Rabbi Shlomo and Yosef di Trani (Mahari"t).
